Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations:

  • By Marketing Agents: Marketing agents can cancel an order before it is processed or dispatched. Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • By Admins: Admins have the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, payment issues, or any other valid reason. The concerned marketing agent and shop will be notified of the cancellation.
  • Cancellation Process: If an order needs to be canceled, it must be done through the Rishi Mart app. Any cancellation outside the app (e.g., verbal communication) will not be considered valid.

2. Refund Policy:

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds may be issued in the following cases: Canceled orders for which payment has already been processed. Incorrect or damaged products received by the shop. Overpayment or payment errors.

Refund Process:

  • For cash payments, the refund will be processed manually by the admin, and the amount will be returned directly to the shop owner.
  • For QR or digital payments, the refund will be processed via the same payment method used during the transaction.
  • Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect, depending on the payment method and financial institution involved.

3. Partial Refunds:

  • In cases where only a part of the order is incorrect, damaged, or unavailable, a partial refund will be issued for the affected items, while the rest of the order will be delivered.

4. Payment Discrepancies:

  • If a shop owner or agent believes there has been a discrepancy in payment (e.g., double payment or incorrect amount charged), they must notify the admin within 7 days of the transaction. The admin will review the issue and initiate a refund if necessary.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain products, especially those marked as non-returnable or perishable items, may not be eligible for a refund unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.

6. Dispute Resolution:

  • In the event of a dispute over a refund or cancellation, the shop or agent must contact Rishi Mart's support team at support@rishimart.com. The admin will review the case and work towards a resolution. Rishi Mart’s decision on refund and cancellation disputes will be final.

7. Changes to Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  • Rishi Mart reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the app.
